2. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
A. Formatting
- File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
- Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, 1.5 line spacing
- Page size: A4, Margin: 1 inch on all sides
- Word limit: Maximum 7000 words or 24 pages
- Language: English only
B. Structure of the Manuscript
A standard research article should contain the following sections:
- Title (clear, concise, and informative)
- Author(s) Information (full names, affiliations, emails)
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (3–6 keywords)
- Introduction
- Literature Review
- Research Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion and Recommendations
- References
3. Citation and Referencing Style
- Use APA (7th edition) referencing format.
- In-text citations must match the reference list.
- Provide DOI or URL where applicable.
4. Plagiarism Policy
- All submissions must be original and free of plagiarism.
- Manuscripts will be checked using plagiarism detection software.
- Plagiarism above 10% may lead to rejection or revision requests.
5. Submission Process
- Submit your manuscript via our official email to editor@msdcpublisher.com
- Along with the manuscript, submit:
- A filled Author Declaration Form
- The Copyright Transfer Form
6. Publication Fee
- A nominal publication charge of INR 499 applies only after the manuscript is accepted.
- The fee includes:
- Editorial processing
- Peer review
- Open access publication
- Soft copy of certificate (to all authors)
7. Revision and Resubmission
- If revisions are requested, authors must address all reviewer comments and resubmit within the specified time.
- Submit a point-by-point response document along with the revised manuscript.
8. Authorship Criteria
- Maximum of 6 authors per manuscript.
- All listed authors must have made substantial contributions.
- Changes in authorship post-submission must be requested with valid justification.
9. Ethical Guidelines
- Authors must ensure ethical standards in research and publication.
- Any research involving human or animal subjects must have appropriate approvals.
10. Certificates and Publication Timeline
- A soft copy of the certificate will be sent to all authors after publication.
- The paper will be published within 24 working hours post-approval and payment.
12. Withdrawal Policy
- Post-publication withdrawal requires editorial board approval.
- Authors may withdraw their submission at any point before publication without penalty.
