At MSDC Publisher, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic quality and integrity. To ensure that all manuscripts meet the criteria of originality, relevance, clarity, and scholarly merit, we follow a rigorous and ethical peer review process.

1. Initial Screening

  • Once a manuscript is submitted, it undergoes an initial screening by the editorial team.
  • This stage checks for:
    • Alignment with journal scope
    • Compliance with submission guidelines
    • Plagiarism (using plagiarism detection tools)
    • Basic structural and formatting issues
  • Manuscripts that do not meet the basic criteria are rejected or sent back for revision before peer review.

2. Double-Blind Peer Review

  • MSDC Publisher uses a double-blind review process, where:
    • Reviewers do not know the identity of the authors.
    • Authors do not know the identity of the reviewers.

3. Reviewer Evaluation Criteria

Reviewers are asked to assess the manuscript based on:

  • Originality and contribution to the field
  • Relevance and significance of the research
  • Clarity of objectives, methodology, and conclusions
  • Proper use of references and citation practices
  • Structure, grammar, and presentation
  • Ethical research practices

4. Editorial Decision

Based on the reviewers’ feedback, the editorial team will make one of the following decisions:

  • Accept the paper without revisions
  • Minor Revisions required
  • Major Revisions required (with re-evaluation)
  • Reject the paper

Authors are informed of the decision along with anonymized reviewer comments for guidance.

5. Revision and Resubmission

  • If revisions are requested, the authors must resubmit the revised manuscript within the given timeframe.
  • Authors must include a response letter explaining how each comment was addressed.
  • The revised manuscript may be sent back to the same reviewers or assessed by the editorial team directly.

6. Final Acceptance and Publication

  • Once all changes are made and approved, the manuscript receives final acceptance.
  • Authors then complete the copyright form and publication fee process.
  • The paper is published within 24 working hours post-payment & paper work.

7. Post-Publication Ethics

  • MSDC Publisher encourages post-publication commentary, corrections, or retractions in cases of ethical or factual concerns.
  • We support transparent academic discussion and integrity even after a manuscript is published.

Reviewer Acknowledgment

  • MSDC Publisher deeply values the contribution of peer reviewers.
  • Reviewers receive recognition through appreciation certificates and may be considered for editorial roles based on consistent quality feedback.
