By submitting your manuscript to MSDC Publisher, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your submission or payment.
1. Originality and Plagiarism
- Authors must ensure that their work is original and has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere.
- Proper citation and acknowledgment of other works must be included where applicable.
- MSDC Publisher follows a strict anti-plagiarism policy. Manuscripts found to have plagiarized content will be rejected or retracted immediately.
2. Submission and Acceptance
- All submissions must be made through our official online submission system.
- Acceptance of the manuscript is subject to peer review and approval by the editorial board.
- MSDC Publisher reserves the right to accept, reject, or suggest revisions to any manuscript based on quality, relevance, and originality.
3. Publication Fees
- A nominal publication fee of ₹499 INR applies upon acceptance of the paper.
- Fees must be paid in full before the article is published.
4. Authorship
- The maximum number of authors per paper is 6(Six).
- All listed authors must have contributed significantly to the research.
- Any changes in authorship after submission must be communicated with valid justification and approved by all original authors.
5. Copyright and Licensing
- Upon acceptance, authors must submit a signed Copyright Transfer Form.
- Authors retain the rights to reuse their content with due credit to the original publication.
- MSDC Publisher typically publishes content under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY) to ensure open access and proper attribution.
6. Certificates
- A soft copy of the Publication Certificate is issued to each listed author immediately after the paper is published.
- No additional charges are applied for the certificates.
7. Publication Timeline
- After payment and copyright submission, the paper is published within 24 working hours.
- Authors will be notified by email upon successful publication.
8. Withdrawal Policy
- Authors may withdraw their manuscript at any time before publication without penalty.
- Post-publication withdrawal is allowed only under exceptional circumstances with a valid reason and editorial approval.
9. Ethical Responsibilities
- Authors must adhere to ethical standards in research, writing, and publication.
- Any data presented should be accurate and not manipulated.
- Research involving human or animal subjects must have the appropriate ethical approvals.
